Founded in 1946, the Cleveland Browns are a National Football League team and have played in the American Football Conference North since 2002. The team won their first NFL Championship in 1950. Cleveland Browns home games are played at First Energy Stadium, which is in the North Coast Harbor section of Downtown Cleveland. The stadium opened in 1999 as the Cleveland Browns Stadium and has had its current name since 2013.
